Ponte Vedra Beach is located off the east coast of Florida, approximately 35 miles away from the Jacksonville International Airport and Saint Augustine, America’s oldest city. In addition to a newly-renovated meeting and guest room area, the Sawgrass Marriott is also home to the award-winning TPC Sawgrass golf course, home to The Players Championship each May. With a variety of activities, including business meetings and the election of the 2018-2020 National Council, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with sisters, relax in the sun, or explore Northeast Florida’s beaches and sights.

  • Orientation Video: As you prepare for our exciting time together, check out this video for a few reminders and helpful tips.

  • What to wear: Florida in June will be hot and humid, with temperatures ranging from the mid to high 80's during the day and slightly cooler temperatures in the evening. Make sure to bring a light jacket or sweater, as the meeting rooms tend to be cool. Don't forget to also pack your sneakers so you can start your day off with a morning walk or run around the resort property!

  • Alumnae and Collegiate Achievement Banquet Seating: It’s time to reserve your seat for the Achievement Banquet! Group reservations can be made for up to 10 people. If you would like to sit with multiple people, please designate one person to make the reservation. That individual should have the following information ready for each individual in the group: first name, last name and email address.

Please note, Eventbrite will automatically select the best available seat/s. If you wish to select a different seat/s, UNSELECT the preselected seat/s and reselect your seat/s of choice. Once the reservation has been made, Eventbrite will automatically send an email to each individual with their seating confirmation. Save the email to remember your table for the Achievement Banquet. It will not be necessary to show a ticket to enter the banquet. Please download the Achievement Banquet Seating FAQ document for additional information. If you have difficulty making your reservation, please email Marlee Jones at You can also visit the convention hospitality desk on Friday, June 22 from 7:00-9:00 a.m. for in-person assistance. Click here to make your seating reservation. We are excited to share this special evening with you!

Ground Transportation

For those that have purchased ground transportation, you will be receiving a final email from Danielle Wieczorek, highlighting your specific shuttle assignment and pick up instructions at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).

If you are not using the optional ground transportation service, there are other options for one way airport transport includes Uber (average cost range from $35-$46 for a standard Uber to $97-$130 for Uber Black), as well as rental cars (see the JAX airport website for a list of companies - link to rental car information is below. There is also an Enterprise rental car on site at the Sawgrass Marriott if you are needing to rent a car while at the resort; the link below will provide you with contact information should you wish to rent a car.
