Frances Warren “Speed” Baker Excellence in Communication Award

Frances Warren Baker was a 1921 initiate of Psi Chapter. Known as “Speed”, she began serving as Convention chairman in 1926. She also volunteered on the nominating committee for many years and was chairman from 1959-1960 and again from 1965-1966. She was a long-time editor of the Sigma Kappa Triangle. She passed away in 1987.

Recognizes a collegiate chapter for excellence in all areas of chapter communication.

The Zeta Pi Chapter took the opportunity to highlight what makes their chapter unique from their unified bond as STEM majors to saving lives as Bone Marrow donor matches. They included multiple high quality photographs to accompany their articles.
