When can I register?

Early Bird Registration Opens           March 15

Early Bird Regisration Ends.               April 24

Registration Closes                             April 30

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests may cancel their registration and receive a full refund through May 15. All fees are nonrefundable after May 15 and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For any delegate changes, a handling fee of $50 per change will be charged. Delegate changes must be received via email to gfarrar@sigmakappa.orgby June 1.

Please note that if cancellation of National Convention due to COVID-19 is necessary, refunds will be provided to registered attendees.

When should I plan to arrive and depart from Tucson?

Please arrive in time for registration on Wednesday, June 17, which will take place from 2-7 p.m. If that is not possible, or for day registrants or registrants coming in for just one event, registration materials and information will be available at our event hospitality desk. Please note that hotel rooms may not be available before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.  

 

I have never attended national convention before, and I am a little nervous? What should I expect?  

You can expect to be welcomed by hundreds of Sigma Kappa sisters who are excited for you to join us in the “violet bubble”! There will be people to assist you every step of the way, and you can always visit the hospitality desk to get any questions answered.  

We will have a special gathering for first timers on Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. right before the Welcome Banquet. You can meet other first timers, so you have some familiar faces, hear some tips for navigating convention from two of our national directors, and be entered into a prize drawing.  

We want you to have a fantastic time at National Convention and leave feeling inspired and connected to many more sisters than when you showed up on day one!
