| All attendees who are accepting an allowance should refer to their allowance letter for the full terms and conditions. Collegiate Representative: Eligibility: Chapters must be in good
financial standing to be eligible to receive a convention allowance.
To receive voting privileges, a chapter must be in good financial
standing and have no outstanding business. Per the National Policy
Handbook, good financial standing is defined as having paid all
auditing fees (if applicable), all new member fees, per capita dues,
initiation fees, badge fees, insurance fees, and any late fines.
Outstanding business is defined as having no outstanding withdrawal
petitions, expulsion petitions, suspension petitions, initiation
numbers, or officer reports.
Terms & Conditions: By
accepting an allowance, you agree to be present for the entire
conference by attending all sessions and meals, staying in the
conference hotel, and returning to the chapter as an involved member for one full year.
If, for any reason, you are
unable to fulfill the convention responsibilities above, you will
return in full all monies paid for the meeting expenses. You will be
subject to a $350 cancellation fee if the hotel reservations are
cancelled after June 7, 2010. For any change in representation or
cancellation after June 7, 2010, there will be no refund of
registration, meal or hotel fees. In addition, a handling fee of $50
will be charged for a change in representative. The complete

By
accepting an allowance, you agree and understand that you may not apply
the balance toward any other expense. In addition, you agree that if
you choose to accept fewer roommates than provided for by the hotel
allowance, you are responsible for paying the difference. By accepting
this allowance, you agree to be present for the entire conference by
attending all sessions and meals, staying in the conference hotel, and
returning to the chapter as an involved member for one full school
year.
You also agree to file a written plan of action with
your advisory board chairman and collegiate province officer within one
month after convention detailing the strategy used to relay all
information and training from convention to your chapter.
Alumnae Chapter Representatives: Eligibility: An
alumnae chapter shall qualify for a convention allowance as determined
by national council, if the alumnae chapter meets the following annual
requirements:
- Pays per capita to national headquarters (postmarked by 2/1/2010).
- Submits Alumnae Chapter Contribution Form and donation to the Sigma Kappa Foundation (postmarked by 2/1/2010).
- Submits Annual Report (postmarked by 2/1/2010).
- Submits Election of Officers Report immediately following elections.

conference hotel, and fulfilling the alumnae chapter responsibilities
for the term of your appointment.
If, for any reason, you are
unable to fulfill the convention responsibilities above, you will

Advisory Boards: Eligibility: An
advisory board must be in good standing to receive a convention
allowance. To be in good standing, Advisory Board Personnel Reports
must have been submitted by 1/15/09 and 9/1/09. The collegiate chapter
must also be in good standing.

accepting this allowance, you agree that you are entitled to receive
the above convention allowance. You also agree to be present for the
entire conference by attending all sessions and meals, staying in the
conference hotel, and fulfilling the advisory board responsibilities
for the term of your appointment.

Corporation Boards/Property Committee Members: Eligibility: A corporation board/property committee shall qualify for a convention allowance as determined by national council, if the board meets the following annual requirements:
- Corporation board personnel report for 1020 submitted by 12/31/09.
- Budget submitted by 8/1/09.
- Notice and minutes of annual meeting for 2009 submitted by 12/31/09.
Terms & Conditions: By
accepting this allowance, you agree to be present for the entire
conference by attending all sessions and meals, staying in the
conference hotel, and fulfilling the corporation board/property
committee responsibilities for the term of your appointment.
If,
for any reason, you are unable to fulfill the convention
responsibilities above, you will return in full all monies paid for
the meeting expenses. You will be subject to a $350 cancellation fee if
the hotel reservations are cancelled after June 7, 2010. For any
change in representation or cancellation after June 7, 2010, there will

National Officers: By
accepting an allowance, you agree to be present for the entire
conference by attending all sessions and meals, staying in the
conference hotel, and fulfilling the national officer responsibilities
for the term of your appointment.
By accepting the allowance,
you understand that if you choose to have more roommates than provided
for by the hotel allowance, your allowance will be reduced accordingly
and any roommate(s) are responsible for the financial difference. You
may not apply your balance toward any other expense. You should
further understand that if you choose to accept fewer roommates than
provided for by the hotel allowance, you are responsible for paying the
difference. All roommates must be disclosed and accounted for
financially.
