Advisor's Academy

Sigma Kappa's approach to training our officers is the Academy Series. This consists of Collegiate Officer's Academy® for our collegiate chapter officers and Advisor's Academy® for the advisory boards of our collegiate chapters.

Advisor's Academy is an educational and motivational program that focuses on decision-making in regards to national policies, working with collegiate students, communication, problem solving, goal setting, and leadership skills while meeting and sharing with other advisors.
